Ecclesiastes 3:1 says, “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens."
After much discussion and prayerful consideration, Our Redeemer Lutheran and Jesus’ Lambs Preschool Board of Directors have made the difficult decision to permanently close Jesus’ Lambs Preschool following the current 2025-2026 school year.
The rising costs of insurance and other expenses involved with operating a preschool factored heavily in this decision.
We are extremely grateful to and blessed by the teachers who have served at Jesus’ Lambs Preschool, the parents who have entrusted their children to our care, and all those who have shown much support to the preschool over these past many years. We are also thankful to Elwood Public Schools for working with us to provide transportation for our afternoon students who attended preschool there in the morning.
